My background spans sales, digital marketing, technical support, quality assurance, and digital operations. I like understanding how things work, what people actually need, and connecting both sides in a practical way.
Different jobs taught me to look at the same problem from different angles. Sometimes the issue is technical. Sometimes it is the process. Sometimes it is communication. And sometimes the customer simply needs someone who understands what they are actually trying to accomplish.
Before thinking about tools or solutions, I try to understand what the customer, team, or business is actually trying to accomplish.
I like learning how platforms, products, workflows, and systems work — and identifying where something is breaking or creating unnecessary friction.
Technology only matters when it helps someone accomplish something. I connect the technical side with customer experience, operations, revenue, or the larger business objective.
I tend to work the same way whether I’m looking at a customer issue, a digital project, a campaign, or an operational problem: understand the context first, find what is getting in the way, and create a clear next step.
I review the customer need, business goal, available information, platform behavior, and existing process before jumping into a solution.
I separate symptoms from causes and try to understand whether the issue comes from technology, communication, process, ownership, or execution.
A lot of problems are not solved by one person. I help translate what each side needs so customers, business teams, and technical teams can move in the same direction.
I support the implementation, review the outcome, document what changed, and use what we learned to make the next decision better.

I started my career in customer service and sales, and over time moved through business development, digital marketing, website production, technical support, digital operations, and Quality Assurance.
Those roles may look different on paper, but to me they have always been connected. A big part of what I do is understanding what a customer or business needs, understanding the technology behind it, and connecting those two things.
Sales taught me how to listen and understand what people actually need. Marketing taught me how businesses communicate and attract customers.
Technical support taught me how to investigate problems and explain complex systems. Quality Assurance taught me how to look beyond a single case and identify patterns, processes, and opportunities to improve.
Most recently, I supported TikTok for Business, where I worked with technical and business issues across advertising, accounts, billing, commerce, and platform operations.
Today, I’m continuing my education in Business Administration while expanding my experience across technology, marketing, operations, and customer experience. My goal is to keep growing in business and technology, eventually move into leadership or strategy, and use everything I’ve learned to build something of my own.
Supported customers, businesses, and platform activity across the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
Worked across websites, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, integrations, advertising, and digital implementations.
Worked directly with business owners and teams across sales, marketing, customer acquisition, technology, and digital operations.
Websites projects
My career has never followed one straight line, and I don’t think that is a weakness. Sales taught me something technology couldn’t. Technical support taught me something marketing couldn’t. And every project has helped me understand business, people, and technology from another perspective.
